Chief Goldsmith-
Good morning Chief, I hope this email finds you well. Please accept our deepest condolences on the tragic death of K9 Krijger. As a K9 handler myself I could not imagine such a loss.
Dr. Caesar DePaço, CEO and Founder of Summit Nutritionals International ®, and his wife Mrs. Deanna Padovani-DePaço, President, have a love for all animals, especially police K9’s. Since 2014, Summit Nutritionals International ® has played a vital role in keeping K9 Units across the country in service. Agencies such as Roanoke, VA Police Department, Oklahoma City, OK Police Department, Deal, NJ Police Department, Paris, France Raid Team and many more have accepted a donation of a K9 from Summit Nutritionals International ®. To date 18 agencies across the world have accepted Police K9 donations.
Dr. DePaço has a love for police K9’s and a respect for all law enforcement and the job they do. The support given to agencies has made a huge impact for some that would no longer have a K9 unit.
Vohne Liche Kennels is our chosen kennel of choice for all K9 donations. Mr. Kenneth Licklider, Owner and Founder, has been cc’d on this email. Mr. Licklider is the largest and most respected kennel in the United States and I know your trainers will find the best K9 to join the ranks of your elite K9 Unit.
If you or your command staff have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Respectfully,
Chris Engelhardt, K9 Officer Liaison
